Gallery One Visual Arts Center is a local gallery centered in the heart of Ellensburg, Washington.

During the summer of 2017, I worked as their design intern where I was able to assist in creating a variety of promotional materials for their 50th anniversary.

My main project was to design a timeline for their summer exhibition that told the story of Gallery One. For this project, I worked with a variety of individuals, including a committee, the director of the Gallery, and members of the community to create content, find imagery, and conceptualize this design into execution.

The final design of the timeline. This project was really special to me as it allowed me to connect with my community and learn about the history of this small town art scene.

The timeline was displayed in a hallway gallery measuring approximately 40 feet long. The design was sectioned in to eight separate five foot by two foot panels printed and mounted on foam core.
