Smith-Western Co. is a Washington-based souvenir design & production company.

At Smith-Western, we worked with clients as big as Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas to small, local souvenir shops in Washington. My job was to create unique, custom artwork and souvenirs for all different types of clients and their diverse demographics.

FROM DESIGNER TO DIRECTOR

I started at Smith-Western Co. fresh out of college, and my first thought was — “what? souvenirs?” Well, someone has to design them I suppose.

I spent my first few years learning the ropes of production art and expanding my illustration skills. After much success with my themed collections, I was promoted to lead the small-but-mighty souvenir art team.
